- How did they get this way?

- Why do they seem to be so self-destructive?
- What is the role of an adults or Christians
in this problem?
- How do we as a Christian communities
help these kids
What
about creating new strategy of ministry tools: Some
new ideas and strategies
Workshop,
- The objective of these workshops, seminar or
training should be to help participants develop new skills, attitudes
and values.
- Create a higher level of understanding,
appreciation and respect for one another so we can become more
compassionate and sensitive in our approach to working with all
children, families, communities and each other.
- Participants should be able to learn how to:
- Learn & gain skills on how to work,
identify the signs and symptoms and how to better understand all
children through God’s perspective.
- Focus on issues that contribute to the youth
becoming at-risk, particularly the key role of mission organization,
family & community.
- Look in-depth at family system, violence,
abuse, neglect and abandonment issues; and destructive impact they have
on youth.
- See how unsolved generation and cultural
issues have effected today’s generation and what can be done
to break this negative cycle in families and communities.
- Apply biblical principles that will see
transformation take place in the community.

- How do we as a mission start to take action?
- What can we as a mission do right know?
- As a mission, how do we address the failure of
the church that had the negative impact on past & present
generation?
- How do get others involved and committed?
- How do we as a mission maximize our resource?
- What methods can we develop in bringing
communities together and see transformation take place?
- What are the communities’ strengths
& weaknesses?
- How de we as mission make positive change
happen?
- Create a community wellness plan that really
works!
- Honor & respect of community protocol!
Workshop,
Seminar or Training
- The objective of this workshop, seminar or
training is to identify and develop methods that can effectively bring
about increased health, wellness and transformation for youth, family
& communities
- Participants should be able to learn how to:
- Develop skills, strategies and direction need
to take action
- Identify personal, group and community
strengths and interests
- Come together as a group to increase
communication skills and develop greater respect for each other
- Build core groups for promoting community
health and wellness
- Gain a greater understanding &
compassion for others in your communities
- Create a vision for future generations
- Address negative impact from past generation
- Apply biblical principles that see
transformation take place in the community
All these workshop, seminar or training should
utilize lecture, video, discussion, demonstration, group and personal
interaction, practical application techniques, and challenging
interesting activities & projects.
Our prayer is that there will be people to utilize their skills in the
form of workshops to meet the needs of the community in such a way that will bring community transformation and God the Creator get the
honor and glory.
