The Modern
Education System has often been discribed as the process by which,"the
instructor's notes, become my notes, without passing through the minds
of either one of us."
Youth With A
Mission is not that sort of school.
- The Instructors,
often gifted speakers,
but are choosen because they are
leaders in their respected fields and have shown through their own
lives, that what they say, works.
- The Process
generally, one topic a week, handled in depth by the guest
instructor, there are lectures as well as, more relaxed times of
discussion and reflexion.
- The Final Exam,
a
10-12 week outreach, to another part of the world, you and the team
that you have bonded and changed with, putting into practical
application, the changes wrought by the Lord God during the lecture
phase.
Are you attending
for an Education or for a Degree? If it is your desire to be changed
and better prepared, prayerfully consider a Youth With A Misssion
school.

The Foundational requirement
for
all YWAM Staff and an excellent oppourtunity to have an introduction to
Missions.

I
thought
that DTS alone was hard with all the things that God reveals
to you and breaks in you. I was in for a surprise!! The SOIP was
awesome! Full of good, strong, biblical teachings and lots of time with
God-- In this school God reveals more about who you are in him and who
he created to be. He also brings to light more stuff that you need to
'deal' with in your life, ie pain/hurt, pride etc. Don't be intimidated
by the hard parts... in the end you come away with knowledge of how to
"Fight the Battle" as a "Divine Warrior”!
