This family debrief is a highly relational time that provides opportunity for Kingdom workers to tell their stories and invite Jesus into the process. The missionary care seminar will equip people to care for individuals and families serving in ministry. Topics will include self-care, staff care, conflict resolution and tools for working cross-culturally.

Do you want to help enable missionaries to begin, transition and finish well? Do you want to be a part of team that helps support missionaries facing challenges, stress or crisis? Come join us for a week of equipping and learning together.

Family Debrief
We are making a debriefing retreat available that includes the following options for you and your families:
- Five day Le Rucher style adult debrief walking through a specific time frame. We examine events, transitions, griefs and losses and explore how to biblically lament and bring them to the cross. This facilitates new hope coming into one's life in the place of loss.
- Five day Third Culture Kid (TCK) focus debrief for children age 7 – 12. This helps participants recognize common emotional and identity hurdles for TCKs as well as identifies some blocks on their “grief tower”. We walk through one block in detail and provide parents with tools to process the others.
- Five day TCK focus debrief for children age 13 to 18. As above but with different age appropriate activities and homework.
-We recommend families with children under the age of 7 to bring someone along who can provide childcare for the sessions.
Member care is doing whatever it takes, within reason, to insure that our workers feel cared for and supported by their agency and church, that they have the resources they need to work effectively, and to care well for themselves and their family.
